"This is now $150 gone to this place this place is an absolute joke! They first sold me a broken snoop dog pen, wouldn’t even turn on for $70.99 , then I bought not 1 but 2 bongs neither worked , meaning the water didn’t even percolate guess dumb on me for buying 2 of the same bongs then last I try 7m later an go buy a double pen , paid extra to have 2 an not 1 well guess what????? ONLY 1 works! I’m so fed up with store I highly recommend anyone to go to any smoke shop BUT this one! Also, they say “cheap” oh it’s not cheap! Maybe cheap made!!!!"

"The WORST customer service EVER! We had went in yo buy tobacco, and also purchased a torch lighter. First, the lighter had no fluid in it , then it wouldn't light. When we took it back into the store approximately 20 minutes later, the attendant put her hands up and shouted "No Refund !". I explained I only wanted an exchange and went into the reason. She was very rude and indifferent. She said that she couldn't do that , she doesn't exchange or refund anything ever. She stated that SHE couldn't lose money. She said she would rather lose a customer than lose a dollar. Which makes no sense to me if you think about that statement. We were weekly customers at least, spending plenty of money in her store regularly and she was willing to throw all that away over $6. No worries! All of this was actually a good thing. We found a place called , SMOKE N SAVE they are EXCELLENT!! The owners are very helpful, know and stand behind their products, great prices, and actually make you feel welcome in their store. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T shop Discount Beer & Tobacco EVER! Go to SMOKE N SAVE, and save yourself a future headache!!"

"Not sure who that 1-star came from but they didn't leave any reasons. This place has a great selection at good prices. It's clean and has friendly staff. It's not the closest shop to me but if I'm gonna be passing through and I need anything, I stop here. I'll post some better pictures next time I'm out there."
