"Did my oil change fine but lied about rotating my tires. Not that big of a deal cause i didnt pay for it (they didnt put it on the service in the first place) but they told me they rotated the tires and didnt"
"DO NOT USE. They busted the mass airflow sensor on my van and refuse to pay for the damages they caused costing me 169.85. They did my oil change. Wiper blades (charged me for two of them then their install cost when they were only supposed to do one.) and my air filter that they then busted mass airflow sensor. They told me they’d take care of it then refused and insulted me."
"Went there at 8AM yesterday for an appointment to get two new tires. They were told to replace the front tires, rotate the current back tires to the front, and put the new tires in the back. What did they do? Didn't touch the bald tires, and damaged one of the back tires (gouged it probably getting the tire off the rim) and essentially forced my boyfriend and I to get two other tires completely unplanned. The manager was not helpful and made excuses. Didn't want to do much to help until we went up to customer service. The back tires I had were barely over two years old and still good. Never going back here again. I'd leave negative 5 stars if I could."
"Do not trust this place with tire installation at all. They replaced the wrong tired on my vehicle and then damaged the perfectly fine tires and I was forced to buy two new tires to replace the damaged ones. They do not call you about any issues at all nor do they seem to care they did a terrible job."
