"They have had my alternator going on for weeks and don’t know how to repair it. They took it to Cleveland for another guy to repair it, but apparently he didn’t know how to repair it, this is what I’m told. I think I just got the biggest runaround in my life. Tonight I get a call from the secretary and this is what she said. “Hi this is Max auto truck electric calling wanted to let you know Dale went into Cleveland I got your original alternator it's sitting out front outside of the shop in a box out front so you're welcome to come by and pick it up thank you bye…”"
