I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM and I called and let them know I dropped my car off and they said they wouldn't be able to get to it today due to "emergency calls." This was all while receiving a great deal of attitude from the lady on the phone. I never received a heads up and it was extremely hard to get in contact with them over the phone. I wouldn't recommend their service whatsoever."
