"Top shelf customer service. My alternator belt went out and I made it here to get a new one. Changed it in parking lot and when I was done, the batteries were too weak to start the truck. Went inside and talked to the service manager to ask for a jump start. He dropped what he was doing, came out with his personal vehicle, and hooked up to my jumper cables to give me a boost. He also wouldn’t let me pay him for his time. That’s the way customer service should be done. Just that simple act alone makes them stand out above the rest! If I’m remotely in the area, I’ll go out of my way to give them my business in the future!"
