"Always charges extra without just cause. Terrible customer service, was very rude to my 2 year old son. They tried to say they lost my card (they know the code because they put it in for you), I would not leave the drive thru until the found my card and magically they found it. Items are often expired or dirty. We've tried to support a local neighborhood business but this business does not care about the neighborhood."
"my mother-in-law and I go here 2-3 times a week sometimes more. the two guys that are chubby are always like come on come on, full on rushing us when were looking and deciding what we want to get, rude staff except the new guys. also charges us extra, we go to get a can of pop, which keep in mind in $0.75 but they charge us $1.25-$1.50 there's no tax on food or drink in the state of ohio. don't recommend at all."
