"Arrow Wine is some place we try to avoid for their lack of customer service. My husband works close and sometimes barely makes it in by close, but they are far from gracious the last 15 minutes or so. Shutting lights out as people shop, refusing to let people in before the 9pm closing time. It seems to feel almost aggressive, because you know, they are in customer service and are asking us to spend our money. Someone needs to remind them they are not the only game in town any longer. There are half a dozen other places who are happy to take our money the entirety of their posted business hours."
"Always get great service at Arrow. The products they carry are top quality, and their advice is always "on target." Seth knows my preferences for craft beers and always has excellent recommendations. He has yet to give me a poor one over the past several years that I have been going there. Beth knows the rest of the business and gives excellent recommendations as well. She is also very quick to track down a source for hard to find items and then give you a call after she is successful. It's nice having this place close by, and I doubt I'll ever shop elsewhere for beer and wine."
"Arrow wine supplies our alcohol and mixers for our wedding and our rehearsal dinner. They were on time and prompt, extremely professional, and easy to work with. They let you return unopened beer, wine, seltzers, and mixers. We will be using them every time we have an event!"
