"I used dignity tax service the past two years. There was no issues until this tax season. This tax season never once did I get a response back when I called. I would get an email response maybe after weeks. My taxes were filed incorrectly, and an amendment had to be filed. Not to mention both the original filing and the amendment was done late due to the non-communication. For some reason Chris would speak to my mother, but would not answer my calls. In his emails to both my mother and I he was very rude."

Chris is an extremely patient and informative professional that took the time to explain the simplicity of handling finances (if done properly) to this young and ignorant kid that was just getting started a few years ago. "They’ve only been open for a few years and for the past couple they’ve been pretty good. But this year things have apparently changed. My wife and I dropped off our taxes to their service 2 1/2 weeks ago. We called last week to see what was going on and they hadn’t even started them yet. Then my wife called this morning, a week later, And not only have they not started them yet but they informed my wife because she called to inquire more than once that she was bothersome and no longer a good fit for the type of clientele that they want to service. They were very unprofessional and in efficient. When my wife went to pick up our tax information so we can take it elsewhere she informed them that they were unprofessional and that she would be passing the word on and their response was “choose your words wisely “. I would suggest if anybody needs their taxes done that they avoid this place."
