"Dealt with "Patrick" today at like 9am in the morning got hung up on because he assumed I wasnt going to pay. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I call him back just to then be degraded and insulted while he continues to try collecting a $400 debt from a fraudulent three year old account. He was mad because during the middle of the month I had other expenses and didnt wanna pay something that wasnt even mine. Very bad experience and definitely dont want to do any business with this company. They even called from a fake phone number baiting me to pick up."
"They keep calling me about an “account” for my mother…. who’s been deceased now for 6 years! They keep saying they’ll remove my number (how they got it I have no idea) butttt within 2 days… yet ANOTHER call - rinse & repeat."
"Was told I was a scumbag for having a Peleton. Company called me during a Peleton ride (which I’ve owned for 5 years). My lawyer called back…. These dudes are threatening and unapologetic about it. Their call center manager (apparently John,) is a pushover and claims people are “good in interviews” F this company. Deal with them the only way you should. Credit consolidation"
"I have a loan with there client. I made an arrangement to pay but in April I got covid and have been sick since than and not working nor receiving an income. Asked me personal at that I don't need to answer I said I gonna k to work this month said they can't sit on it and send back to their client as refusal to pay. I have told them this i4 times and now they call my stepdad and tell them why they are calling obviously the are not aware of the fair credit reporting act and leaving such a message is not legal due to privacy issues. Not professional at all I say I can't pay calling others isn't going to get me to pay. I am working with the ones who treat you with respect and are willing to work with you. I don't care for or trust is company."
"Called, left a message stating owed debt for a person whom does not live at this number that I have had for 17 years. Further stated deadline to respond as a time, presumed to create anxiety and mistake by unsuspecting person. Appears and feels like a baiting scam. Please be safe."
