"Had my taxes done in 2015. No problems. She caught an error on previous year's return. I provided her documents she needed to do to amend the return. NEVER heard back. Called several times during the summer and winter and left messages. I called again once January rolled around to discuss the return that needed amended and doing our 2016 taxes. Spoke with an assistantant and DID get a voicemail from Gail. I returned her called twice and have yet to hear back. So she still has my private info from 2014 and never filed the amended return. I got a bill from the IRS because they caught the error first even though I was attempting to resolve this with Gail and just could never get ahold of her. I understand it is feast or famine in the tax world, but the way she handled my personal information and has now cost me extra money with the IRS is just totally irresponsible."
