"24 hr indoor water station. $.35 a gallon. 3 and 5 gallon accepted. The machine will only take coins and $1.00. Bring your own containers."

"Clearwater changed my pond filter in October. A couple of weeks later, the float detached from the intake hose and was floating around the pond. I called and left a message. No answer. Called again. Talked to Ruth. I was told that it was too cold for them to come out, and they would revisit the issue in May. 1) Ruth was one of the rudest customer service persons I've ever dealt with. 2) I depend on my pond system for household water. 3) The good news is that there was very little mud taken in through the non-filtered intake hose. I found someone else to take care of it. I will have that Company take care of my pond system need from now on. One thing Clear Water did want to do is replace my RO system for $1500. For $300, I did the work myself. I like the Kinetico system, but everything about it is proprietary. And the former Flag City Water in Findlay is the antithesis of good customer service. The best thing is that I won't have to deal with them any longer. I only wish I could give no stars."

"The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with and then they try to blame it on a full voicemail! They don’t even have the decency to call you back within 24 hour or even 72 many times! The lady in the office has such poor customer service it’s unbelievable! Also be careful they’ll oversell you whatever you need. They promise you great service and quality products but unfortunately the Kinetico brand is now damaged by this company! I suggest using another distributor that sells water treatment products! STAY AWAY from this company, buyer beware! From the sales guy to the service guy down to the office women is atrocious! I reiterate, when your system doesn’t perform they’ll tell you it’s your fault it’s what you ordered or they say they can’t get a hold of you!"

"We having been looking into getting a new water softener system for our home. After seeing an ad in the mail, I decided to call and have them come out for an estimate. I called and spoke with a man that scheduled us for the following week. After waiting half hour past the set time, my husband called and spoke with a woman that apologized but they didn’t have us scheduled! Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere!"
