"I am sorry I came in and made you ring something up for me. The young man cleaning was very nice. However, the female employee behind the counter doing nothing asked for my ID as if she was mad at me. This employee had no smile or any customer service skills. I know it was late almost 8pm she was probably ready to go home. If you are going to work at a convenient store don't make your customers feel like we are inconvenienceing you to stop in and shop."
