"I did not have a great experience at your store today I was there at 2:12 pm Went through register 10 my cashier was named. Carrie M was not pleasant, gave her my $20 coupon to take off at the register. And actually if I hadn't stopped to see if she took it off. She would have kept it because oh she says. By the way, here's your coupon. And I asked her why she didn't take it off. She said oh I forgot."

"Sent my partner in to pick up something for me and after purchasing and attempting to ring up her own items she was accused of not ringing up my purchase and then employees stood there and monitored her but when asked if the employee wanted to check the receipt they said no. I told her to put it all back we will never give this establishment business again as people of color. Standing right across from only her as she scanned is ignorant and disgusting in the year 2023 another customer stopped her and is filing a complaint as well. Do better giant eagle not every black person is stealing"

"Clean restrooms, thank you. They have great hot food and deli. The bakery is all good. They also have seafood and meat cases. The fruits and vegetables, well, that is a whole different game. It is not always stocked and sometimes looks bad. It's a clean store."
