"I had an appointment elsewhere in the morning at a shop down the street for a front end alignment- the mechanic there had none of his tools with him and no idea how to do an alignment. I searched for other places in the area open on a Sunday that could do an alignment for me and came across NTB. I called and they said I could bring my car in anytime. They took me right away and kept me updated on the process and everything. They made sure there were no issues at first before starting and let me know I was good to go for the alignment. Before starting, Bob let me know how much the service is before starting, which I greatly appreciate!! I seriously recommend this location, especially Andrew and Bob. They really helped me in a time of need. Being a girl and not knowing too much about cars is difficult, but coming to NTB they truly helped me with that worry. I 100% will be recommending family and friends to come here."
