"Brought my online return there. They never put it back in the system saying they received it I go there on 2/23/24 at noon and no one is inside there to speak to someone because now I'm with out $324 because they never put it back into the system so now game stop online won't send me my correct item nor give me a refund. Because one of the employees on 2/17/24 never put the item has returned. And when I asked for a receipt he never gave me one since it was pretty much me just returning the wrong item I was sent I even showed the packing slip as well then he called his manger and the manager told him to just input it in there inventory but never informed online that they got it"

"Went in to look at game systems. Just wanted to pick something up. Didn't know what I actually needed or wanted because as an older gentleman I was just looking for something to have a little fun with. After I realize that there's no game systems on the floor for me to look at. When I asked to see a system and have him show it to me so I can check it out what I was looking at and possibly buying. The nice representative there at the counter would run in the back and bring out.in the back to bring a system out for me to check out. And his manager said that they don't allow systems on the sales floor. As if I'm some sort of criminal that was going to steal it. Not a place for me. Maybe I'll just read a book.."
