"If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the WORST title company I’ve ever dealt with. They act like they’ve never done this before, my closing was nothing but a mess. Issue after issue, rude customer service at the closing table by one of the clerks that worked there. Horrible. Acted like we were smaller than her, made US feel like it was OUR fault they couldn’t get the right paperwork together when it was confirmed by two different parties the correct info was sent over. What they did with it is beyond me. I will say, our loan closer who was sitting with us signing the documents (Briana) was amazing! Super nice and made sure we understood what each paper meant. No bad things to say about her!! :) not sure if she worked for them or not, but she was about the only good thing to come of this place."

"I disklike that when I requested a check to be overnighted after closing that it wasn't a cashiers check. So of course I have to wait 10 business days for the check to clear due to my bank's policy."
"Lots of mistakes were made when trying to buy our house by the title company. Then I've been trying to get ahold of someone to find out about a check I wrote to them for title insurance and the paperwork I filled out and nothing has been done about it. Got hung up on twice. Noone answered the phones two other times. And after finally talking to someone was told I would get a call back and never did."
