"Very pleased. It is hit or miss on the tread of used tires, but there are many decent used tires in stock. Price was fair, and honesty of tread was accurate. Mounting and balancing was as good as any (and possibly faster). Wheel rim beads were cleaned prior to mounting tires on wheel. Would recommend, but remember used stock is random."
"Terrible service. Waited a hour patiently for an Audi to be serviced. Once it was my turn the guy allows another vehicle to pull in. Once I stated I was there for over a hour and 40 minutes before that vehicle even arrived, he says to me “you left”. I WAS PARKED THERE THE WHOLE TIME. Whats worse is the tire I needed to be serviced was just purchased from this place mid-October and not even AAA could find the hole. Never again."

"I’ve taken my car here on two different occasions and they have both ended badly. The first time bringing my car here, the staff was quick and prices were cheap and I was happy pulling away. However, the next day I was driving across the state and one of my “new tires” had gone flat and I had to pay to replace it. I thought it was a coincidence and that maybe I had gone over something that caused it to pop. The next time was about 6 months later. I was leaving the gym and noticed one of my front tires was flat and was close to this place so I figured I’d give it another try. They told me the other front tire was balding and that I should change it, so I took their advice and did just that. The next day I woke up and one of the tires was flat. I went right back and showed them. The guy working replaced the flat tire and informed me his employee form the day before, put on two different size tires so he needed to replace the other front tire, which he did. Now about four months later neither tire I had replaced there will hold air and the dealership is saying they are completely shot and the tires used here are one of the worst in the industry. Never take your car here unless you like paying for the same service multiple times month after month"
