I was continually Reprimanded and disciplined regarding assistance with : HIPPA VIOLATIONS OSHA VIOLATIONS WORKMENS COMP VIOLATIONS DISABILITY VIOLATIONS in my attempt to assist affected employees. I was continually harassed tortured and reprimanded for reporting and assisting Postal Employees with these matters. Ms SAMARRCO signed on to assist my Return to Work as my state license supported my job duties however I qui ckly was keenly aware Ms Sammarcos agenda had morphed to her personal goals. She became more vague and distant. She was essentially voiceless when EEO court ensued against me. The Postsl APWU concoctated a situation that I threatened my APWU rep that I had reported numerous times for mistreatment: Cursing Screaming Unvailidated emotional harm Assisting Postal staff instead of me Lying Googling my personal self in spite of always wearing a Professional Lab Coat. MIKE Funk Barely spoke of my abilities. EEO denied my case. Ms Samarrco phoned months later stating YOU KNOW HOW THE POST OFFICE WORKS ...LETS HAVE LUNCH. SOMETIME LATER . I PHONED WITH A QUESTION TO WHICH SHE REPLIED I AM NOW A CONTRACTOR WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE.... CANT HELP YOU.... RJC RJC ...SERVICE"
