"Greg was recommended by a family friend when our taxes got more complicated and I was not comfortable doing them myself. He was very thorough. However, recently there was an issue with a local tax service. When I asked him about it he said he was busy but would look into it. That was 3--4 months ago. I have not been able to get a hold of him since; he will not respond. No matter how busy you are communication with your customers is of utmost importance. Now I have to deal with a complicated tax bill and hope I can figure it out before too many fees and penalties are added on."
"He accidentally filed duplicate returns our 4 year old (individually and together with me and my wife) so the IRS is now after her for more money. He actually acknowledged the mistake and said he would fix it, but has not been heard from since. I leave him a message about every day, and have been doing so for several weeks. I contacted the IRS and they said nothing has been done to amend the duplicate filing. He's nice enough when we speak with him, so it's difficult to understand why he's ignoring us."

He isn't in the office when his hours says they're open and will not respond to repeated phone calls, text messages or emails."
