"The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. For a place your suppose to trust with your belongings, they have no respect for there customers. I have pictures to show damage received to paint and body of the car. Daytime is before and nighttime is after. Also STOLE property and entities of the car like shift knob, pedals, steering wheel covers and other cosmetics within the car. Tried to remove carbon exhaust tips, you can see where a socket was placed on the bolts within the rust. They started off trying to help but the branch manager Sara Ramsey didn’t seem to care about my stuff, just wanted the problem out of her hair. Was lied to about them checking cameras and talking to employees who had access to my car about the missing items and damage. They told me they had a staff meeting since this was considered a serious matter. And upon request of footage of my vehicle I was told you can’t see anything because of quality so they really don’t know who was in my vehicle. All around a horrible experience considering this a place that is supposed to help you."

"The staff was friendly and patient with me and my insurance rep, but unfortunately the stolen item issue is very true. I was also told that my missing items were probably discarded by the cleanup crew - but it doesnt make sense to me. The only things missing were undamaged seat covers and small custom etsy decorations, while the items I did recover were left in the trunk with some trash that had been brought in from the front seats. (A bookbag I had made sure was zipped before the tow was open like it had been searched through as well) I will be filing a claim with my insurance company tomorrow as the IAA reps instructed but judging from the dates on these reviews I doubt it will do any good. Again, friendly staff. I didn't lose a whole lot compared to other reviewers and it can be replaced. But if someone is getting their car towed to a salvage yard by their insurance company, they're obviously going through a hard time. If this had happened after I had been seriously hurt or I had lost someone in a wreck, I would be losing my mind. It sucks that there might be someone there who may be hurting people who are already hurt."

"Absolutely tell the insurance you don't want your car towed here. The bums that work here stole all my tools out of my trunk and a bunch of miscellaneous things out of the car it's pathetic. They tried blaming the tow company smh..."

"Progressive got my car towed here after an accident. I went to get my stuff from my car the day after I got the call saying what it was worth. Turns out they stole multiple drills my 200$ weedwacker and a 400$ handmade silver chain made from a friend... when I called they blamed me and said can you prove it was there before it got to the shop. Over and over and over."

"Progressive insurance sent my car there after my accident. I was told all my things would be set aside. I called to confirm my things would be set aside. I was even told they have it. When I called to come get my things they said they have nothing but the license plate. Not even my garage door opener. Who steals a garage door opener! Not a reputable company if they allow their employees to steal everything."
