"Ordered some parts two days ago. Was told they would be in the next day around noon. Went down and one of the two items were there. Was told the final part would be there after three. I called and waited on hold for ten minutes only to be told it would be there in the morning. Went in after noon. Still not there. Told them I wanted a refund. A red haired girl got nasty pretty quickly saying there was no refund because they were never ordered. I asked why I kept being told they were coming in if they were never ordered. Another guy came out and read thru my receipt. I ordered spark plug wires and was billed for anti-freeze which i never wanted or needed. Got refunded the cost of the anti-freeze and the guy asked if I wanted the plug wires ordered. I told him I would walk before I ever got another part from them. Five people working today. One person was being helped. I waited five minutes before anyone even helped me. Terrible training. Poor organization, and plain lazy workers. Don't bother going anywhere near this place!!"
