"Walls are really thin & neighbors get really irritated with the slight bit of noise. Not a very good place for a loud person. Clean place"

"The rooms and hotel itself are very nice. However, the management is very poor. When reservations were made for my family, my sister stated that her son was getting married and she needed a room, and perhaps two. She directly expressed that her neice was sick and may not be able to make it, and specifically asked if she could cancel the second room if her neice couldn't make it. The worker told her she would make a note and she could cancel the day we arrived if the second room was not needed. However, when we got here we were told they would not cancel without 24 hours notice, and even after recorded proof and admission that we were told the room could be canceled, the manager (Breannah Griffaw) stated "they were given bad information", and we were told we would be charged regardless. I understand the policy. However the direct lie, and refusal to uphold what was proven to be said by the hotel employee is very unprofessional, and a very poor management decision. As we stayed for 2 days, we overheard many people say the same thing, that is- the hotel is nice, but the service and management suck!"

"A pretty good place to crash. The rooms are awesome, and the hotel is literally right off of the main road. Don't worry about noise, however do not be deceived by the kitchens in the rooms. Yes, there is a stove, but you must purchase the pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, and dining wear in the lobby,(and it isn't exactly cheap...) You're better off going to the Dollar Tree across the street. Additionally, the tub did NOT drain well. Good place, don't get me wrong, just don't count on a lot of cooking while you're there."

"The lady who checked us in was helpful. The lady who worked in the evening was also pleasant. The day shift staff appeared to not have time to be bothered by guests for assistance. It appeared as tho it was a bother to ask for assistance. They staff also could not be bothered to check out, with a sign saying they were assisting guests, when we could hear them “cutting up” behind the wall. After we packed everything up and we’re ready to leave they all decided it was a good time to smoke. Not the most friendly staff around."
