"Called in to inquire about the cost of a dissolution. I said "does he or she have openings this month" which, granted, was foolish. But I was calling around to many places and forgot who I called. The receptionist very rudely said "well it is a she, it is Rosemary Rubin". As if I should *know* who that is. Then instead of just moving on and trying to secure my business she kept going. She asked me where I got the number and I said Google. She said "mhm. And just out of curiousity...it doesn't show a name?" Implying that I should have got the name and knew it was a female. Just very irrelevant for someone calling your office for the first time. Be more professional."
