"My wife and several co-workers from the school district they work at, were subpoenaed by Ms Pucci today. Granted today was a canceled day because of subzero temperatures. So our kids were home as well. Ms Pucci let the group that was subpoenaed sit in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours at the courthouse. When they asked what was going on, she came out and told them she didn't need them and apologized that she MEANT to call their superintendent to tell them they weren't needed. But did not do that. I think this is very inconsiderate to these folks and their families. All she had to do is think about her plan for the day and consider the time of others. I feel this is selfish on her part, and that she didn't care about who it affected."
"I was extremely disappointed. She made me feel like I should definitely fight for my case but once we were in court she pretty much said there's nothing she could do. Also, she was late for my first court hearing. During my divorce I had an excellent attorney (Bob Urban) who I called numerous times asking for advice which he never charged me for. My entire divorce of a 20 yr marriage only cost me $1,500. My ex-husband took me back to court to fight how much he had to pay me for his child support and Susan charged me over $3,000 and he even got his child support lowered. Would not recommend her at all. If I go back to court I'm going in alone. Can't turn out much worse."
