"Sean did my taxes and screwed up so bad I may not get my refund till September if I get it at all...and his boss assured me she checked twice so overall 5 different people checked and no one caught his screw up and I even told them it was my injured spouse report he seemed unsure about and guess what the form I told them to check was the form he butchered according to the irs Injured spouse specialist and now they won't return any calls...so I paid them over 400 dollars for them to have 6 grand of mine hanging out somewhere else!!!!"

"It was a horrible experience. I didnt feel like anyone cared about getting my taxes done right. The experience over the phone was horrible. When I came Into sign papers I didnt get a chance to see my taxes done so it was pushed through. So much was done unprofessional that's why I was so upset. I felt like I was just a 400 paycheck for block."

"Your price is atrocious. $150 + another $24 which sounds a 15% tip [that's certainly not a tax] then $39 to transfer a direct deposit. Having $213 taken out of my returns when I could've done them for free. To be frank, it was a waste of money. The only reason I came back to H & R Block was because of Madan, and he wasn't even there. From now on I will either do it myself or take my business elsewhere."

"Just too expensive anymore. Almost 400 bucks. That's way too much. We were there for maybe 45 minutes. You guys need to lower your prices, or start giving discounts to loyal customers. On the plus side its convenient I'm set up with direct deposit and it's a lot less frustrating than trying to do it yourself. But considering what I had to pay I'm willing to learn to do it myself."
