"Apparently they are going out of business at the end of the year? Not doing any more tax prep but will be available if there are any questions or issues with previously prepared tax returns. We were shocked when we learned this and even more disappointing was that they provided absolutely no referral or even any suggestions as to who we might use in the future. After all the years we have been going there ...to just be dumped like that... not a good way to end a relationship."

"I love then so much! They are always very prompt and quite accommodating! A long time ago my parents had the IRS go after them over small sum of money. My dad was just going to pay it and our tax guy literally came to their house and said you most certainly will not because that proves that I was wrong and I wasn't! The tax guy and the IRS guy went over every single bit of information and in the end the IRS owed my parents money! "The first time that we used Four Seasons, 2007, our preparer left our appointment to take phone call leaving us sit there for 20 minutes. I found that to be unprofessional and rude. We went back this year. We asked for a different preparer. This one was a 1/2 hour late for our scheduled time. He also missed that I had overpaid my city taxes by $225. When called to ask how this was missed it was explained with a "we just enter data in to a computer program". Well I can do that, and I will in the future."
