Ms. Drake spoke to me in a degrading manner, inserted her own personal opinions even when she was reminded that it was her professional advice I was seeking and then made accusations of my intentions. I ended the call by hanging up on Ms. Drake and have reported this issue. Elder care is a delicate situation. If you are truly looking for the best care and option for your loved ones, I suggest calling a different attorney."
