"This has to be the absolute best dry cleaners I have ever used. They were able to remove a stain that was on my husband's shirt that ohave had 3 other cleaners (plus myself) try to remove. His suit was pressed out and they even did his handkerchief which I forgot was in his pocket. But the absolute most impressive was his white dress shirt! They were able to make the phantom stain vanish and ever single shirt did not have the neck ring anymore! All were pressed out WITHOUT ANY WRINKLES which is extremely impressive since his shirts normally have wrinkles since they are big and don't sit right on the hangers. I just can't say enough good things. I loved the service! They called when my order was done! This will be my go cleaners from now on!"
"I brought 3 stained ties in to be cleaned and pressed. After accepting payment--2 of the 3 ties with remained stained. The attendant was clearly aggitated to the point of ripping my receipt and telling me 'never to come back in. Her rage was because I cut her off. When I asked who was the manager she stated she was I have been a long time customer for over 20 yes. I have never found the need to complain. This day, I was frightened by her aggression. It was not provoked in any manner. I wanted to express my concerns to the owner she is representing. If I do not receive an explanation for this scary behavior, I will assume that it is representative of your business style. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I however will be asking for the cost of my ruined tie. The stain has now been set. And will not come out."
