"I always love leaving 5 star reviews, but this one fell short. The communication I had via email and phone with Tibbs Law Office very slow and a few times I did not even hear back. I was charged for work Ms. Grubbs did that I already did on my own, which seemed unnecessary to the case. Overall, I did not feel that my lawyer truly cared about me and my situation and the entire experience felt like a transaction with the goal of her getting paid. My outcome was less than favorable and I was told that I could walk away with far more than I did. While she was helpful with the interpretation of legal jargon, if I could do it again, I would have chosen differently for my representation."

I can not claim to have everything I wanted to receive in court, as it should be fair for both parents, but I can state that everything worked out for the better. I feared losing my kids through the week, and gaining them on weekends, but Mary made me realize that this was a solid win, as I have entire days with my kids outside of school and homework. Sometimes a second opinion carries a lot of weight. I have already recommended Mary to a friend of mine, and would absolutely use her services again. (Although I hope I never need too) Lastly I will state, that when services were no longer needed, my remaining retainer was paid out exactly as described, on the following billing cycle, with no hassle or issue."
