"My experience does not reflect the other reviews. I unfortunately dealt with Mildred as the closer. She is unresponsive to time sensitive emails and communicates poorly. Strongly suggest using another title company or getting assurance to better communication from this one."

"A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I made a long distance move back to Columbus, Oh & used Bridget Almashy of Re Max / Apex in Lithopolis to represent me. She recommended Cate Finch of Pm Title for the closing. After speaking w/ Cate on the phone I agreed but both were bad choices. I had an addendum attached to the P & S agreement to protect myself. I spoke w/ and forwarded this addendum for Cate to acknowledge & sign & gave her a copy for her records. Unfortunately she ignored this and closed on a property w/ out my knowledge or consent. Calls & texts to both Bridget & Cate went unanswered and unreturned. I visited Pm Title at 3894 Broadway in Grove City to address the issue. The manager & secretary claimed Cate had no knowledge of this addendum so I showed them the copy w/ Cate signature & she agreed Cate LIED to her. I expected Cate suspended immediately, then terminated but that didn't happen. Instead the manager said she was going to open an investigation & send it up the chain of command. Of course I never heard back. As of 10/17/2022 I can't recommend Pm Title to anyone, it was a regrettable experience."

The office was beautifully decorated and comfortable, although we didn't have to wait long at all, I wouldn't have minded since we were very comfortable and the team was very hospitable. I can see why so many home buyers, sellers and realtors like working with them. They are also a supportive member of the community!"
