"I had the horrific and stressful experience just two days ago (12/6) of a very sophisticated ID theft scam involving scammers posing as the US Department of Immigration and my local police department on another line calling in, calling my cell suddenly one day (I had come off a period of job hunting which is why I was liberal answering my phone) basically saying I had phony passports and bank accounts and I had to post Immigration bond in the form of Target gift cards.
