"Long story short, the water meter under my place, broke. For 6 days I was without water as I got the runaround from my local repair place before they finally told me they "weren't willing to help me". I called Houston and asked if they could help me. I didn't mention I was without water for 6 days so far nor did I tell them how frustrated I was. The woman I talked to was kind and professional. She sent someone out to confirm it was my meter that was broken and began making the necessary calls to get my situation fixed. I called the morning of the 7th day with out water when they opened and she not only remembered me but had already been on the phone with people that morning. She sent 2 gentlemen out, they took my meter, left, came back within the hr, and I had water!! They were also kind and professional. And to top it off, I was charged a fraction of the cost compared to the 1st company that I tried to work with. In the end, I will always recommend Houston to everyone and they are officially my go to. Thank you so much!!!"
