"When they first installed our water heater they used a false valve without warning us about a year ago. A week ago our water heater broke and my family and I were left without hot water for 5 days while we tried to call them but they were unresponsive. When we finally got a hold of them they stated that they would send someone out that day, remind you we got a hold of them at 7 am and no one showed up until 4:30 pm. When someone finally got here they were groaning and complaining about being here, they lit the pilot light and they left, which we had done many times before. Finally 3 days later our water heater was changed and installed the company told us that it would have no charge since it was a false valve that was on our water heater. A week later we got the bill and it was $250 for labor...."
