"I went there this morning then I got the shock when she told me I would pay 600$ to prepare my tax !! My prepare is not complicated and very simple, last year I had a very complicated preparation & the H&R Block only charge me 300 !! Or maybe you saw a lady with an accent you thought she wouldn’t have knowledge about anything if we stole her money !! There should be more monitoring over people like you. If there is an option to give you 0 I would !!"
