"I love this place. Close by and can run in and out in a hurry. Not like driving to a big box store and trying to find what you need and a knowledgeable employee. The only reason I didn't give a five star is selection on some things is more limited than those big stores. BUT to the person complaining about service, I never have any problem. Normally there's a very pleasant gentleman more than willing to help and they are very knowledgeable. The key counter is at the back of the store and normally there's a guy there. They're the ones that seem to know where everything is. If you don't get a response after ringing the bell after a minute or two, I'd walk up to the front and ask for help (remember it's a small store). Don't let that one time stop you from utilizing this great little hardware store!"

They actually have knowledgeable employees who can walk you through your projects and help you find what you need. I always support my local businesses and I am happy that I have Old Tyme Hardware in my neighborhood."
