Reviews
"Exceptional representation IF you can get it! Unfortunately they are underfunded and can not take on every case. Because of this, I believe they can only afford to represent the bigger impact cases (like discrimination) that if won, will not only benefit the client but the general public as well. I had such a case and my attorney, Debra Levay, fought for me like a tigress and we won!"
"It just goes to show you how corrupt the system has gotten. In Dayton Ohio the tenants need to be charging landlords for doing a background check. There is an epidemic of slumlord landlords in Dayton. Unfortunately legal aids not funded your help anymore because everyone has just concluded that nobody just wants to pay rent it couldn't possibly be the landlord's fault. But it's no did I was 51 years old when I got my first eviction and encountered for slumlord landlord in a row. I bet if I did what I wanted to do to those landlords I would have gotten some free legal aid LOL"
"Kelli Bartlett has been very helpful with my situation. Always willing to go into detail and answer all questions. The receptionist is polite every time I call the office."
"I always thought they are here to help. I should of never called them. They are rude and unprepared. A total waste of my time. I figured , you have to be facing jail time in order for them to think about tryingbto help. Only one eviction attorney in the whole state of Ohio huh? Yea, OK."
"So far I had to get referred to two different states for legal aid which I don't understand since I live in OH but that's ok. Secondly the receptionist or secretary is a very rude person, she had a tune like I was wasting her time, or I was asking to many questions about the information they were gathering about my entire family, even if they didn't pertained to the case. Overall I will hopefully get some help pertaining to the case in the locations they referred me too. But so far I have gotten the run around twice now. Once for living in OH, secondly trying to get someone to help me in those states that I do not live in."
