"Spent thousands of dollars with this company just to end up with a terrible carpet install. Laura, the manager, was extremely rude on the phone hanging up on me because I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card number over the phone. When I went in to settle the account and let her know I did not appreciate the fact that she hung up on me, she proceeded to call me a liar. She didn't say that I must be mistaken, no. She repeatedly called me a liar while becoming increasingly aggressive in tone. As I turned around and walked away she had the audacity to "pfft" me. I then brought that up and she claimed that she didn't... Looks like we know who the liar is. I asked for the owners number and she said "Here, call, Steve. He's the manager." while throwing a business card out of her office window. I picked it up and let Laura know that she was the sole reason I would not be back. I called Steven,and left a message on his voicemail. The store called me back and hung up. I immediately called back but Steve was unavailable. Again left my name and number. It's been days and now no one has reached out. This company is terrible. I see why the agent I was working with left the company. Let me save you thousands of dollars and the verbal assault. Go somewhere else. I leave for you a small sample of the terrible seam lines and the mess that was left. Update. 1 month later and management refuses to reach out to me."
