"Why I genuinely feel like I have been 100% scammed by this company: I moved into a new home that desperately needed furnishing. I understand furniture takes time to be built and shipped. Laura addressed this concern by guaranteeing me items will be delivered to me as they arrive to her. Before paying Laura she would follow up almost daily and was extremely active, even asking if I could provide payment multiple times stressing how important it was to move quickly. After payment she almost vanished. Month go by with zero updates besides the countless texts of me asking for updates. All to be responded with empty promises of actions and lists that NEVER arrived. Assuring me items have arrived and organized lists of items will be sent over. Months go by and I still haven't received a list of ANY of the furniture that has been in their possession for months and haven't received a single update or list with any actual information about whats going on. Keep in mind I was promised that items would be delivered as they arrived because of my unfurnished house. I eventually just ask for her to cancel any items that haven't arrived multiple times and Laura dodges the cancellation and implies this is not possible. Eventually I find out IT IS COMPLETELY POSSIBLE TO CANCEL UNDELIVERED FURNITURE. This entire operation has been a wild goosechase and I genunely feel like I have been scammed. After 8 MONTHS the ONLY delivery I have received is empty promises. I don't even know if this furniture exists. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from working with Laura. She is unorganized, never responds, never follow through on the actions she promises, and directly lies and manipulates how her entire operation works."

"Outstanding !!!! Laura really knows her stuff!! I was skeptical at first, because Laura offered a different perspective from I was thinking. But when she explained to me in detail what she had in mind. WOW !!! Am I impressed . In the mist of COVID and all the shortages. Laura team kept informed on what was coming in and when it will be installed. I’m glad I did not have to do this alone. Laura really pulled through. Keep it up!!"

"We hired Laura to design us a kitchen and work with our contractor. She laid out an excellent plan. At first our contractor was skeptical because she had some interesting ideas on how thing should go. After a good talk with everyone. Laura work well with our contractor, and the flooring suppler, she got us all our fixtures and cabinet. side note after getting all the material in and comparing it with the big box store. I was amazed at the quality difference. even though the same manufacture made our faucets, clear difference. big box is a lot cheaper then what she supplied us. Now that the project is completed. Laura's design and layout worked out perfectly. So So impressed!! not at all what we were expecting. Not only did Laura keep us with in budget. it truly looks fabulous !!! Array Design is the best of the best I would recommend them to everyone.."

"I heard about Laura being a GREAT designer and contractor several years ago. On my first project with Laura. She came out to my home, we sat for a long time going over every detail of the remodel of my home. Laura was amazing at considering my current situation and long-term needs. We when over product and she explained by the difference between big box stores like Lowe’s and home depot, and local specialty stores like Welker Mckee, World of Difference. Yes, it might have the same brand name but the quality and workmanship, longevity and manufactures warranty. I did not know that Moen has 2 different style faucets, 1 made for home depot, and 1 made for specialty stores. There is a clear difference in the quality and performance. I purchased all my material from Laura, was there some set back on delivery, Yes, But Laura explained to me all the details of the process of were my money and product was. When it showed up and she worked with our contractor to put it in. The result was Amazing. I Don't know what that M. Person is talking about, I have used Laura since my initial project several years ago. Many time, every time Laura has made my project better then I would have ever expected. She is the Best of the Best!!!!! obviously this person does not understand how the big box world works, and why their product is so cheap. and specialty store like Welker Mckee are so much better. If I am going to spend the money on a project, I want the best. and Laura I clearly the Best!!!!! I would recommend her to very one."

"We hired Laura in the summer of 2019. We met her at the Home & Garden show and immediately fell in love with her energetic personality. We met with her shortly after and hired her to redo our kitchen/living room space as well as to help us add a second full bathroom. Laura did an excellent job designing our new space to not only be beautiful, but functional. Laura and her team did a great job though of communicating with us and made sure the project kept moving forward. She worked with our budget and we could not be happier with the results. We went from having a kitchen/living space that we barely spent any time in, to having a beautiful open concept area that we never want to leave. We absolutely LOVE the new space and never want to move because it was so perfectly designed. She also did an amazing job on the second bathroom. Again, we have a smaller home and didn’t have a large area to create a full second bath out of nothing. We thought we would be lucky to fit a half bath, but Laura used her skills and vast knowledge to design a beautiful full bathroom for us. We are so thrilled to have the second full bathroom for our guests and it has greatly improved the value of our home. I would hire Laura and her team again in heartbeat. It’s easy for people to go onto Pinterest or Instagram and find ideas that they love, but actually implementing them can be challenging. Laura and her team have the design and construction mindset and creativity to bring those dreams to life. Everyone that has visited our house since our renovation has been blown away by the transformation and our house is now truly a forever home.
