"About ten years ago, I installed my own tile floor in my kitchen. Based on the crooked spacing, loose tiles and cracked grout, you could definitely tell it was your typical DIY job done by a novice. When we decided to replace the floor in 2018, I figured it'd be best to have a professional take care of the install. I got Jesse's name from my tile supplier on their list of recommended installers. Jesse and Sara came out and gave me an estimate, and worked with me to save a few bucks by letting me order the tile and pick it up myself. They started by leveling out the floor and installing a new layer they could put the tile on. It's not easy to live without a kitchen, but they worked very quickly and efficiently to get us back into our space. Less than a year later, I cracked a tile by dropping something on it. They came out and replaced it for me quickly and without hassle. I can't say enough about their quality and craftsmanship. We get compliments every time we have guests over. They work together very well and are a great team. We enjoyed their conversations and most importantly, we trusted them in our home.
