"All my clothes come out great here. My only issue is I had 5 ties cleaned and 1 came back with the seam fallen apart. They did a great job sewing it back together, but they charged me $10. This won't break me, but it would be great customer service if they did and I would be a customer for life. Since this post they have credited my account, so they did the right thing."
