"Had a set of tires that only gave me 30,000 miles were warranted for 40,000. One of the rear tires the belt failed. The Westlake, OH location would not honor the warranty so bought 2 new rear tires there but they wouldn't do a rear alignment. I called customer service line and area manager Steve returned my call. He offered me a free rear alignment. Be sure to do your tire rotations or it will void your warranty. No computer records to advise you when service is needed,keep your receipts. Thanks again Steve for treating me right!"
