"I've been trying to pay a bill for over a week now. I've been calling at various times for consecutive days and no one will answer the phone. Now the phone doesn't even ring. It just says "extension 303 is on another line". I've already called OSBA. If this guy hits me with a late fee or garnishment, I'm going to file a grievance. His office staff is usually great tho. Really sweet ladies."

"Horrible service and so nasty when I spoke w him ! I tried calling multiple times and he was not compassionate one bit! Said I’ll just garnish your wages when you get a job ! When all along I wanted to pay my bill years ago ! Didn’t give me any actual data just wanted money lord knows if it will go in right area !"

"This attorney obviously faces inadequacy issues in his personal life. He thrives on making life impossible for those who got stuck in a hardship, and once debts are paid he doesn’t follow the laws on removing paid debt from credit reports. He is rude on the phone, assumes that everyone is a freeloader, but I guess that’s what happens when Lima Ohio is as far as you make it. He shouldn’t be a practicing attorney, And really needs some life lessons in being humble and compassion to those trying."

"This guy is a snake. I was sent to collections for a medical bill and received a summons in the mail from Jeffrey. I showed up to court. He did not. He instead called the courthouse and insisted on speaking with me. When I took the call, he immediately started trying to intimidate me and bully me. I told him what I could afford to pay every month but he continued to raise his voice with me and tell me he needed double that. After explaining to him that I would not choose a medical bill over groceries for my family he agreed to my payment (after he tried to insult me). Anyway my payments are due the 30th of every month. I pin a check to my calendar on the 15th every month. I mark on my calendar the check number and the date that I sent it. Two monthly payments were made and cashed with no issue, the third payment however I sent out on the 17th and it has never been cashed a month later. I got a letter in the mail today from this Joker to garnish my wages. I know that I sent the check on the 17th because there were other letters that I had sent that day as well that were all successfully delivered. I have I have a feeling that this snake of a lawyer tossed my check in the trash and is proceeding with a wage garnishment despite payment. I think he is untrustworthy and dishonest. Not to mention a bully. I think he is a poor representation for any firm. If I never have to deal with this joker again it will be too soon!"
