"Edit: Gave more stars as a kind gentleman called me back and apologized and made it right. Thank you! This is my third month with Gerber as my auto policy and what a nightmare already. They talked me into signing up for their auto pay and my second month their system UNDER charged me by nearly $100. To fix the situation, rather than contact me, they assumed to take the difference, divide it into monthly payments and ADD IT ON TO MY MONTHLY QUOTED PREMIUM! When asking to remove my auto pay status, Deb told me word for word that I need to “call and pay your bill when you get it in the mail”. I will be searching elsewhere for an auto policy through a trusted company who can charge me what was originally quoted and not screw me over for an error that occurred on THEIR end. Only keeping 2 stars because it didn’t screw with my coverage, just my monthly payment."

"Just over three months ago, my girlfriend and I broke up ( we have to boys together) She didn't tell me that she changed our car insurance policy two weeks before that and I was without insurance. I called several insurance companys and they would not insure me because my insurance had lapsed. I then contacted George Diller insurance and they understood what I was going through and they gladly excepted me as a client. All the staff at George Diller Insurance are friendly and have given me the comfort of insurance for my boys and I. Thank you."
