After it was completed, I went to sign it without having been able to read it first, the yong lady just rushed me through and said it would cost more to change anything. Anyhow I got nowhere with her (unreaponsive/neglectful) and they finally put me in touch w Jamie Tate, she was responsive, available, and very competent.sge changed my impression of company and I am Im happy with the outcome."
"Unprofessional, greedy...eager to get BIG bucks without knowing anything about the target client. Yikes! This firm (Lima office) thankfully does not represent me and no one I know should be subjected to the unprofessionalism I witnessed...even watching an unsupervised paralegal comment on an attorney's work from another firm...that fine attorney is now a respected probate judge I know in Shelby County. I don't know any of the other lawyers at other locations EXCEPT to report a trusted friend was quite unimpressed with the cheesy sales pitch he heard at the Bellefontaine office. Be careful of ANY lawyer wanting to charge a large flat fee, and is apparently not consistent in its billing practices!"
