"I have been a customer at this location for 8+ years. the previous owners of this UPS Store location, as I discovered, only did the bare minimum as far as service, etc. Not the case at all with the new owners. I cannot say enough about the positive transformation that occurred when the location changed hands. they are efficient, knowledgeable, but most of all genuinely friendly and engaging; it is a pleasure to deal with all of them I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of mailbox services and, well, anything related to shipping, copying, etc. Very nice folks!"
"Anthony and Shelley bent over backwards so that I could recieve a very important piece of mail. I unfortunately didn't have a valid ID and desperately needed my birth certificate to obtain it. They even directed me to this review so that I could feel like I had done my fair share and anthony left me with a thumbs up."

"AVOID! Beware of the new owners and employees. The two young employees struggle with simple tasks in English and are difficult to understand. Despite slowly spelling the intended address, it took the young lady four attempts to input the information correctly. Shipping fees are nearly double USPS for small parcels. Packing material is marked up ludicrously, $4 for a small mailer."
"The place has had a different staff running it since summer 2023, and they're the best! In the past, I've had many problems shipping items, but now this place is really rolling. Jasmine and her team are rocking this place."
