"terrible experience filing virtually with deb. this office is not trained on anything new so if youre filing in person go for it but avoid virtual at all costs. Update- it’s 2024 and nothing has changed. Filing from home with a tax pro seems to get you put to the back of the line and ignored. Why am I paying $600 for this service?"
