"I went yesterday to mail a 6 oz package and the employee told me it would cost $26.08. I told her that it was impossible and she responded "well it is." I mailed this same item 3 weeks ago and it was $11/12 dollars (don't remember exactly. I left the store and went to the post office and paid $5.60. Not only this the person behind the counter kept yelling to the back for someone to come out and help in a very unprofessional manner. If I do go back to USP it certainly will not be Lakewood."

"Probably the worst ran UPS store I’ve been to. Not really sure how they’re still in business. Lazy incompetent workers and always understaffed. Expect to wait 20 mins to 30 mins for each person ahead of you."

There were good employees before, but unfortunately this location is now a corral due to new employees. A few days ago I went there unfortunately to pick up my package..it was there in front of her eyes and she did not see it because she was busy having side conversations with another employee. The employees they don't know where is the customers packages.. !!! That's weird !?!?!?!? Do you think it is right to hire incompetent people to make the company's reputation bad ? I'm asking UPS OWNERS OR HIGH OFFICIALS.. WHERE ARE YOU FROM THESE BAD EMPLOYEES.......????????????????? WHY YOU ARE HIRING PEOPLE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE... WHY WHEN WE CALL THEM THEY HANG UP THE CALL....?????? WHY WHEN WE WANT TO PICK UP OUR PACKAGES THEY NEEDS TIME TO LOCAT IT???? THESE QUESTIONS I WILL LEFT THEM TO UPS OWNERS .. IN THE END I WILL SAY ........... UPS IS HEADING TOWARDS THE ABYSS.."

"Despite making an appointment online for their notary services, when I arrived I was told that they do not have a notary on staff currently. They were very apologetic and explained that UPS won’t remove them from the appointment scheduler or put a note on the website. Again, the staff was very nice but the company failed."
