"I had filled out a comparative quote inquiry on the internet and a guy named Jack called me back from Robert Myers Insurance Agency in Lakewood Ohio. After the call jack mostly would communicate through email even though I clearly don't check my email often sometimes for days. I'm going to try to shorten this a little bit in the end he offered me a great rate through Grange Insurance Company I went I met with a woman named Jennifer and signed all of the paperwork she sent me up for automatic payment to duction through a checking account which was my debit card which is through American Express. I noticed that the payment had not been coming out of my account and I called her about it twice she assured me everything was fine to make a long story short I get an email 2 days after it was sent because I don't check my email that often and Jack from the insurance agency as well aware of it because that was the way that we can communicate it after the initial phone call basically so he knows I don't check my email often. I get an email that says in capital letters IMPORTANT! THE EMAIL TELLS ME THAT GRANGE TRIED TO RUN MY PAYMENT THROUGH MY CARD AND IT DECLINED AND THEREFORE I DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE THEY WOULD NOT INSURE ME THAT HE WOULD FIND ME ANOTHER COMPANY. I LOOK ON MY TRANSACTIONS LOG FOR MY DEBIT CARD AND WHEN SOMETHING IS DECLINED IT SAYS IT THERE THEY NEVER TRIED TO RUN IT THROUGH SO IT MUST HAVE BEEN THEN OFF NUMBER OR WHO KNOWS WHY I DON'T KNOW BUT MY POINT IS I HAVE NO MISSED CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY I HAD LEFT MESSAGES ON THEIR OLD SCHOOL HOME ANSWERING MACHINE THAT THEY HAVE IN THE OFFICE I HAD EMAILED I HAD CALLED I WAS A SHIRT I REFINE AND THEN THERE SEND ME ONE EMAIL THAT SAYS IMPORTANT KNOWING I DON'T CHECK MY EMAIL OFTEN THAT I'M NOT INSURED IS FREAKING CRAZY BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS SHAME ON YOU YOU ARE HORRIBLE AND THEN YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO OFFER TO FIND ME ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THEIR JOB AS IT IS. IT'S AS SIMPLE AS A FING PHONE CALL THAT'S WHAT SHOULD BE LABELED IMPORTANT IS YOU LEARNING SOME COMMUNICATION SKILLS BECAUSE THAT IS SOMETHING THAT COULD RUIN MY LIFE IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN I AM DISGUSTED AND I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE THIS IS NOT THE LAST TIME YOU READ SOMETHING ABOUT THIS I GUARANTEE IT. AND ASIDE FROM ALL OF THIS ME BEING TRANS THEY DID NOTHING TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE JENNIFER WAS OKAY BUT I FELT LIKE I WAS A PAIN IN THE ASS BY CALLING OR ANYTHING AND I SHOULD NOT FEEL THAT WAY A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER FEEL THAT WAY WHEN THEY'RE SPENDING THEIR MONEY THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE I CAN'T BE MORE SERIOUS OR HONEST."
