"I had two Amazon returns to drop off. I have always been advised by Amazon that there was no need to tape the boxes. I have never had any problems at any other UPS drop off location. But this store- the employee when I was asking her questions did not respond as to the policy of this store of taping the boxes. She did not answer me. Another male employee said they don't normally tape boxes. Nonetheless- the service was terrible and will not be returning. Customers do not deserve to be treated in such a manner. Please do better."

"I’ve always had a good experience at this store. Yes the line can be a few people deep but that is just the way things are at convenient locations at popular times. I certainly don’t see anyone wasting time behind the counter, and two people at the counter seem to be the norm."
"Dropped a package off and the lady behind the desk was quite condescending about shipping it back and taping it up. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but it definitely was not a pleasant experience. I’ve been here numerous times before and never experienced a negative person until this time."
"Excellent staff. I see quite a few negative reviews, but have never had that experience, nor have I ever seen any other customers experience that. Are there lines sometimes,? Of course, but plan your arrval time knowing that some times are busier than others. Package your things properly before arriving. There are some items they are not permitted to package. If you are returning items for gosh sakes read your return instructions first. This is a busy store and not only do I want to be behind someone who didn't follow instructions, but these people are trying their best to keep up and stay within the guidelines."
