"This place is amazing. Not only are the owners the NICEST people who remeber you the way a local bartender would, but they have never failed to get a stain out for me. My latest drop off was the biggest test. I brought my down North Face parka in after spilling oil from a leaky Indian food container all down the front. I was sure I had ruined the coat because the oil stain was BIG and everywhere. Once I picked up the coat after having it dry cleaned, I looked at it under the lights of my kitchen. It looks brand new! There is absolutely no stain or smell. Previously, Jill sewed and fixed the zipper on this same coat after it had ripped away from the bottom a bit, and the repair look like it was done at the factory. We are so grateful to have such an awesome dry cleaner that we can count on. Even though we moved from Lakewood years ago, we still drive the 15 minutes to take our things to New Westlake because we trust them completely. They always do an amazing job! Thank you do much for saving my coat!"
